    Monday 18th

    Worked up to a 3RM Deadlift. Got 110. Never did this before, didn't know it was a "thing". Have no idea if 110 is good if my 1RM is 130?

    Front Squats
    Max Reps @ 80% of 1RM (70kg) 56kg - Reps 7
    Max Reps @ 70% of 1RM (70kg) 49kg - Reps 9
    Max Reps @ 60% of 1RM (70kg) 42kg - Reps 13

    The WOD in all its guises consisted of 50 wall balls, 35 box jumps and a heap of skipping.

    Was a tough enough session but was enough rest so that it didn't feel exhaustive.
