Mine arrived on Friday morning, after being processed on Wednesday in China.

My girlfriends was processed for delivery on Saturday.

    My process went like this:

The edited out section is my work address, my reception in the office signed for it.

Hey all, I got my OPT a few days ago and loving it so far.

My previous phone was pretty old so it's a major upgrade in every way. Getting a lot of compliments on the Rosewood back.

Finger print scanner can be a little finicky - I think I probably need to rescan my fingers though and hopefully it will be more reliable.

make sure to keep moving your finger around the scanner during the scanning process at the start. I used both my thumbs and it works really quickly for either.

Hey guys, a quick FYI for those who ordered on the open sales day on Tuesday.

I ordered a second OPT (for my girlfriend) and got an email saying it shipped yesterday. Hopefully yours should be shipping soon.

A guy a work was showing me his OP2 and he said that the status of the order isn't necessarily true, it could already be shipped. His took 7 days.

With my first order - I received notification of it being shipped on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. However the first notification only came when phone was already at Heathrow.

With this second order (still undelivered) - I received notification of it being picked up in Shenzhen, China on Saturday, and it only departed that facility on Monday afternoon.

I opted for express delivery, but I've heard this doesn't make a huge difference.

Transfer data to the computer through USB connection.
Most contacts, apps etc will be stored on your g mail account.

To wipe just go into settings and find factory reset.

I did all of the above before switching to OPT.

    Moved to "Processing".

Changed to "Complete" today and email received with tracking number.
It was shipped yesterday and I'll probably have it by Friday so that will
be 10 working days since order.

    FFS,

Had my oneplus 2 for two ****ing days and I dropped it. The same day my screen protector was shipped. Balls. Now it's only the glass - the screen still works and I can use the phone. Any idea where/how to get the glass replaced?

    Cheers

Do not do this, remnants of your information will remain even with factory reset.

Prior to selling phone go to security options turn on pinlock or password lock. Then turn encryption on.

Once this is done you can then do the reset.

Encrypting the data prior to reset does exactly as it says.

Did you order it during that hr? Mine has been pending shipment since.

Thanks. I have a four digit pin on my phone already.

Will turning on encryption after uninstalling apps protect the recently uninstalled app data?

What kind of data/info is at risk when selling a phone (e.g. notes in Evernote or SMS messages or ?)

    Thanks listermint

Quite interested in a One Plus Two but I'm not too sure. For anyone that has been using it as a daily driver, how is the battery life? I was tempted by the Moto X Play because of the massive battery but the specs aren't the best and this price isn't great.

Anything and all of it really. So always encrypt first and factory reset afterwards.

This is how ive always sold any phone before.

Id say 5 hours, give or take 20 mins before I recharge it at about 20%. Im a heavy data user and never use wifi.

The Moto X Play is a crap phone imo.

Is that screen time? Yeah I've noticed how lacking it is but the X Style is too big, the new Nexus' are too expensive.

    Yes.

"Boardsies" (I hate that word) who weren't arsed waiting for the OP2 bought G4, seems a good alternative, possibly a better phone!
