Checked on Irishrail.ie, a train from Athy to Dublin takes at best 1 hour 47 minutes, where is he with his 40 minutes?

It is estate agent talk, like:

The house is well ventilated. (It has no windows).
The garden has mature plants. (The grass has not been cut in years).
It is in a lively community. (There is joyriding and bonfires every night).

The Fair deal would mean their house would be proportionately taken by the HSE each year, why if they have no family would it not be better for them to do this as they won't have anyone to leave the house to anyway.

Part of what she is saying is true, however, these two gentlemen seem like they can afford to pay for home help themselves. What are they keeping their money for? They say themselves they don't even have somebody to leave it to when they are gone.

They are holding onto it until someone comes round offering to cut their trees.
