    Hey! This happened to me also. Does this mean that we have no modules to choose or did you end up getting to choose?

    All the options are there, I don't think you can get one that's personalised for you. They may provide a hard copy though, I'm not too sure.

    Psychology in Organisations = Title of module
    HR101 = Module code
    T101 = Room
    1-6 and 8-12 = Weeks that it's on
    Lec = Lecture (red)
    Tut = Tutorial (orange)
    Prac = Practical/lab (blue)

    I've no idea what GLA is. I've never noticed that before and it's on all of them so it can't be that important :pac:

    Edit: GLA probably means Glasnevin campus (main campus). To differentiate it from the Drumcondra campus (St. Pat's). That's new this year.

    http://www.dcu.ie/sites/default/files/info/DCU_Map_21_Aug_2015.pdf

    That's the Glasnevin campus map.

    I'll do a quick run through location codes (room numbers, if you will).

    All the buildings are assigned letters.

    Here are the ones you'll probably use:

    A: Albert College
    C: Henry Grattan
    H: Nursing
    L: Computing
    N: Physics
    Q: Business
    S: Engineering
    T: Terence Larkin lecture theatre
    X: Science

    A location code will look something like this:

    XG22

    X means Science building
    G means ground floor
    22 is the room number

    or

    Q113
    Business building
    1st floor
    Room 13

    The last two numbers isn't that important. Once you know the building and the floor, just look for the code. All the doors will have the full code on them. C104, QG14, N203 etc. not 13, 4 etc.

    And a final note: HG23 is NOT Henry Grattan :P It's the ground floor of the nursing building.

    My weeks say 1-6 and 8-12 as well, does this mean we get a kind of half-term or reading week in week 7?

    Time turner? :D

    They're on different weeks. One is only on weeks 1-6 and the other is only on weeks 7-12.

    Yeah, if all your modules are 1-6 and 8-12 then you have a reading week (week 7).

    Some schools have it, some don't. Science doesn't, Business does. I think Nursing does too.

    Do you know what 'L1/01' means in this psychology in organisations lecture? some others have L3/01 and L1/03 for example?
