Went to the factory today with an old cow. Waiting an hour to get offloaded. Normally oh goes. Spent the hour thinking of jobs I should have been doing if I was at home.
Wonder what the cow was thinking !

We're man has a rash on the back of his legs, was only a few dots yesterday, but now a freckle like rash, would it be chicken pocks?

Has he been off form in the last few days. Normally kids are sick, sore throat and a bit of a temperature before you see the spots.
Could be a heat rash either. What age is he?

2, no sleep last night (loves his sleep), contrary Since Saturday, which isn't like him. Sick Friday & had a temperature then

Sounds like it ok. A visit to the GP to confirm if you are concerned or he becomes unwell.
Otherwise calamine lotion to help the itching, short nails to stop him scratching the spots and calpol for temperature.

Might be a heat rash or allergy but I'd bring him to the doc and get it checked to be sure

Bit of a dilemma here at the moment lads. Weaned 15 calves on Thursday and had one with pneumonia this morning. See nearly all of them with snots this evening and have had 4 cases of pneumonia altogether in the last 3 weeks. Have the vet coming in the morning for a different job and I'll get him to look at them and treat whatever needs treating. I'm wondering if I should ring him before he leaves to bring ctc powder or if it's any good in this kind of a situation. Never had a problem with pneumonia until this year so don't know much about it. Had all calves wormed 2 weeks before weaning aswell trying to avoid this situation :(

Dunno but its awful suspicious that Kovu, Reggie and Greysides gone awol. Something must have happened in coppers involving kovu a lion, a vet brought in and then the army were called in.

Young lad here had the same thing a few months ago - bad ear infection, which somehow resulted in a weird rash on his legs, torso, elbows... (they said it was viral, but I think all doc say that when they dont know what else say)

Antibiotics job for a week... took a long time for the rash / spots to clear...
