    Bloody Joe Duffy. He doesn't give a damn about the families here in a panic at present as long as he gets a handy show with a nice disaster to keep him going. He has provided nothing useful whatsoever.

    As pointed out above, they're probably looking for any Irish mammy with a teenage or early 20s son/daughter in the US on a J1 for Joe to scare the wits out of.
