    They didn't supply sarin.

British companies supplied the precursors, some of which are chemicals as common as isopropyl alcohol - that's hardly the British government.

And any half competent graduate chemist can whip up a batch of sarin - making the stuff isn't that difficult, the challenge is delivering it with suffering blowback!

Who sold the Syrians the delivery system 140mm and 330mm rockets they used in the attack?

As I stated, they supplied the chemicals.

    The famous line was:
"How can you prove the Iraqis have chemical weapons?"
    "Because we kept the receipts."

I wonder... if they'd had the Internet in the 1970's and 80's, to what extent would the IRA have utilised it, and social media, in their campaign.

Might there have been a Troubles Tommy, or a Provo Padraig in the vein of Jihadi John...

And before ye get the knickers in a twist, I'm not suggesting beheadings being posted up, but maybe a few double taps, or kneecappings, y'know tame stuff like that.

There are huge parallels between the IRA and IS. Same ideologically motivated murder. Same casual disregard for human life.

I wonder if the political cast of 80's N.I had a wrestlemania event who would win and what would all their special moves be.
Would any side resort to using the metal chair.

If the British Army were a drink, what one do you think they'd be? I'm saying pint of piss.

    Dual use chemicals......

......of course there's no one criticising the IRA's old muckers who supplied the rockets - the Russians. Sarin requires specialist deliver systems - it's not pre-mixed, but mixed in binary shells while in flight.

You can get the chemicals from any decent chemical wholesaler - there's no great obstacles.

Well they can't in Iraq actually after your mates in the RAF and USAF blasted the crap out of every bleach factory, leading to 100,000s of poor sanitation related deaths.

What are the differences between the bejoran Marquis and the IRA.

The Marquis are made up of Bejorans specifically from satellite or outpost border regions since annexed by the Kardasians after peace was brokered, they are very religious whereas other members are former federation or Starfleet drop outs or simply Bejoran sympathisers.

The IRA have no spacecraft to speak of....duh (well not like Martin McGuinness would tell you anyway).

Is it more or less whataboutery than you talking about chemical weapons in the first place? Didn't see you whining at yourself about doing that for some reason.
