I had a moderate bout of anxiety earlier, managed to calm myself down over the last hour or so.

Previously, we had free rein to do calls as they came in. Now we have to work off our calendars and do what was given to us. Also, you're expected to log every millisecond of your time throughout the day. It feels very "big brotherish" to me and although the management said that's not the intention of it, telling me to log a time entry for making a phone call seems to suggest otherwise.

I'm hoping I get the hang of it because I love my job other than this. Admittedly, I don't think I adapt to change very well.

Ugh, I understand what you mean. We've a new system in work as well, we've to enter several months worth of stuff on top of that, as well as dealing with current stuff. I've had to deal with a couple of issues recently, which are the last things I want to be dealing with. I can't afford to put my health at risk over things like that. Health does come first at the end of the day, so I'm always being reminded. I hope things get sorted for you anyway. You can't afford to have things like that to happen you.
