I recently started drinking Desperados and I really like it. I wouldn't say I'm addicted though.

I just have this vision of it being the drink of choice of ladies who lunch. :pac:

It was also the drink of choice on a work weekend away with my other twenty-something colleagues, which is how I got introduced to them. Lots of ice, a slice of lime and slice of cucumber. Aaah..

Guinness. Adore the stuff. Single pot irish with one cube of ice. Redbreast being my favourite but Green spot is fabulous too. Knappogue Castle is a damn fine one too. Beer of choice at home is Innis & Gunn, original usually but rum finish if I can get it. Kirin Ichinban is a very nice beer too.

On night shift and getting a lip now.

Quite nice actually, i was also skeptical. Pretty big in Germany.

Recently discovered AppleTree cider which I like as it actually tastes of apples, as opposed to Bulmers which is just sweet and fizzy.

Only trouble is, it's only available in Costcutter, as far as I know....Also, I'm not entirely sure who makes it, as the only company info on the can is "Blackwater Imports, Cork".

Have heard of people mixing red wine and coke (in Spain) but never beer.

Cornelius Ampleforth Bathtub Gin or Death's Door Gin, with Fever Tree tonic water and a slice of lemon. Going to have one with my lunch in about an hour.

I'm loving my Irish whiskies at the moment. Sipping a Black Bush over ice or two of an evening is lovely.

Jameson and ginger ale has been my go to drink for the last year or so when I'm full from pints later in the night.
