Problem is if the victim previously had a will made and assets left to their spouse you can't really go changing that. Who would then get the assets? The state?

Can you make conditions on your will e.g. I leave you x, y & z provided you don't murder me...?

I suppose you could put in your will...I Mr X of sound mind in the event of my death leave my entire estate to Mrs X. In the event of Mrs X murdering me I instead leave the estate to the local cats and dogs home.

Strange that the pension scheme didn't have small print saying that in the event of death in service the lump sum and pension cant go to the person who was convicted of murdering the pension scheme member.

Yes he would have asked the colour and length of the knives and whether they were on special offer or full price at time of purchase.

As far as I know the government indemnified the suppliers of the drugs for any ill effects the use of the drug would cause leaving the state to bankroll all claims which will be coming in. These peoples lives have been completely destroyed with a drug that does not appear to have been properly tested and the actual need for them to have it in the first place is highly questionable.
