We took that photo just before the photographers left after the first dance. It was approx 11pm or later so leave it till the end of the night and you can get a great photo

If you look back at the first few pages, our wedding photo is there, lashing rain and really dark, was only about 5pm but external flash lit up all the rain, I just think it's deadly!

Our photographer stayed until it got dark, and the ones she took late at night are probably our favourites. The lighting is amazing in them. I highly recommend taking photos right throughout the day to capture the different lighting.

It was based off our wedding invitation, which was the same colour & in the same font said "This is a wedding invitation" on one side of the A5 postcard. It was in keeping with my Keep It Simple Stupid wedding motto. The toppers are just sylvanian family dolls, I used some ribbon to make a wedding dress for the "me" doll. The heart balloon it's holding is from a bunch of flowers he gave me.

Ah that is so cute just went back for a closer look there.. Sweet that you included the heart that he gave you, or one of them!! really nice idea and that it fits in with the invites.. I love things like that
