I've stuck with Sigurdsson and was going to be looking to get Downing in for him now, but West Ham's next few games are Liverpool (A), United (H), Southampton (A), Spurs (A), Palace (H), Chelsea (H), Arsenal (A).

Probably not worth it now.

What's driving ME fcuking insane with this game over the last month is the number of seemingly 50:50 decisions that have gone wrong. Debated Chadli over diwning for an age last week. Even the members tool in FFS said it very close.

That's why I think the super front 8 is a bad idea. I think we have to stick with a front 7 we're happy with over the long term. There are so many players performing this year. I mean, overall Siggy, Downing & Chadli will probably finish the season close enough. I guess we have to chose one and stick with him. There will be weeks where it works great, others where it fails but trying to outsmart which week which one is gonna perform may end up getting all (or most) 50/50 decisions wrong as you pointed out.

I guess the Cresswell clean sheet limits the 'not having Downing' damage, as I can't see too many people having both. Hopefully Zabaleta, Silva and Sanchez can contribute with Aguero having a quiet one for a week!
