Edit: approx 25-27 planes holding for both IST and SAW. One or two looking for a divert.

The area beside gort golf course always floods badly turning the place into a massive lake. Probably assisting with the safe evacuation of people and livestock.

This was Enda "surveying" the flooding. He didn't want to get his feet wet like Joan.

They were dropping animal feed to stranded farmers but young Enda was also out looking.

He'd be better off taking action and as for the justice ms burton got :)

Final destination is Tucson, AZ. Curious...

Ah, it's 4X-EKD heading to its new owner:
In November 2015, the Company executed a Memorandum of Understanding for the sale of two
Boeing 737-700 aircraft (EKD and EKE) of El Al to Aero Capital Solutions Inc. for a total
amount of USD 16 million, most of which (except for an insignificant amount of advance
payments) is payable upon delivery of the aircraft.

The first aircraft (EKD) is planned to be delivered in December 2015 and the second aircraft (EKE)
    in March 2016. .

EI 562 to Barcelona took a strange routing today. Anyone know why?

Not uncommon routing for that flight

Its either wait for a slot through French airspace or take the longer route.

Last time I made the trip, it was 45 minutes wait for a slot or take T9 and the extra 25 minutes

Listening to delivery at DUB there gave me a good laugh. With most foreign pilots that have broken English and are unfamiliar with procedures, it's like playing Guess Who!

"Fraction 5NC report the first flyover waypoint in the FMC"
    "Errr. LIFFY sir"
"Negative the first waypoint in your computer management system"
    "Okay. Er standby"
    "DUB vor sir"
"Negative, just after departure, two letters. At 3000 feet sir"
    "We'll call you back sir"

    (!!!) Oh lord

EI991 is a positioning callsign, so that's not a Pax flight. Did something in DUB go tech?

Where oh where have I've witnessed this high-horse attitude before? Hmm... Oh anyway, I'm sure there was a perfectly reasonable explanation for their confusion (what do we know about Cessna's FMC or their procedures anyway?) and I'm sure their English is good enough if they work at NetJets and move VIPs around. Have some respect!
