I do not understand it. I would not have believed that such things could happen on our forum. It must be due to some fault in ourselves. The solution, as I see it, is to work harder. From now onwards I shall get up a full hour earlier in the mornings.

    You enjoyed that?!

I suppose you probably had to read Peig Sayers at school which by all accounts is not that exciting so To Kill A Mockingbird is probably edge of the seat stuff in comparison.

It's been fairly widely recognised as one of the most influential books ever written. Outside of religious publications you don't get that level of esteem by accident. Reading it as a child I found it really engaging and thought provoking.

Never heard of any of those bad sitcoms. I'm okay with that.

I did 100%. One of the best books ever written and one I've read about 10 times. I honestly don't think I know anyone who didn't enjoy it. We had to read it for Junior Cert and the entire class had it read well before we needed to.

I'm looking forward to the sequel which is set to be released 50 years after the original!

And steady on, Peig Sayers was well off the curriculum when I was in school....plus it's a completely different subject! Peig bocht.
