    I know these threads crop up fairly frequently, but I do think AH has changed in tone quite a lot over the past while. It's become a bit less zany and funny and a lot more angry.

    The incessant whinging about the supposed 'PC brigade' has started to make this forum feel like the comments section on a Daily Mail article. At least 'yore ma' was occasionally funny.

    In AH pictures should be allowed by posters with a thousand posts or more. It is an "anything goes" (to a certain extent) forum after all.

    Other privileges should be allowed to posters with 2k posts, 5k posts and so on.





    It is a 2005 forum in a 2015 world. But! It is still some of the best online reading in Ireland.

    Where are you getting this information? I don't see any mention of a virus but malicious adverts are suspected.

    OK, a malicious ad with a virus in it, I wasn't sure until I found the link again, but I knew that it was a virus of some sort.

    I mainly only browse using the touch site on my phone and at the bottom where you go to the next page of threads it says how many mods there are. It's hard not to keep track.

    Boards is good for irish topical discussion and info local stuff. It's not as good as it was, the format is dated. Browsing boards isn't fun. Browse reddit and I'll laugh a lot and see lots of interesting stuff. Browsing boards, especially AH is becoming depressing. Just news stories designed to wind people up.
