"Racking my brains to get another gem out of this round in the form of a world champion and tag-team... then I thought of 2. Then I thought, screw that, these two are my faves and I don't care if neither one has a world title." - Unnamed, soon-to-be-fired ICW official.

The first of them is someone who finally got rid of the ugly Intercontinental Championship and brought back the beautiful one we have today. He's a 2nd generation superstar whose character(s) has developed and changed year-on-year. A very versatile wrestler and one who can - in my opinion - have a great singles match with just about anyone. His star might have faded almost to dust in recent times (GEDDIT?), but not so for the ICW fans. It's Cody Rhodes!
    320px-WWETag_Team_Champion_Cody_Rhodes_November_2013.jpg

And his partner. Coming once more to the aid of all mankind; The Intellectual Saviour of the Masses; the best damn stunt double in the business; more importantly than any of that, a wrestler who won't be accepting any pink pants in ICW... and the person I screamed for the most when last at a WWE house show in the PO2int3Arena... it's Damien Sandow!

    2. Roman Reigns

USCW's next pick is one where we wont be taking advantage of this stipulation. This name was too good to turn down and sadly he never seemed to tag with anyone long enough to be recognized as a tag team. Our next pick is.....Bill Goldberg!

    1. Hulk Hogan
    2. Randy Savage
    3. Goldberg

Last year I made a conscious effort to not draft people I had drafted to the BWA before, this year especially seing as the BWA has been running every year the draft has and it's getting hard to draft decent people who haven't been there before I say F*ck that and just like I did in the last round I quote myself from a previous year so as to bring back 2 guys that I need after getting a no.20 draw and following it up with a no.18 draw, they will fill out my roster with 5* quality

    Welcome back to the BWA...

    Kenta Kobashi

    130511_Kobashi-6.jpg

and his tag team partner, who he won the following with:

    Mitsuharu Misawa

    2kghn6.jpg

They are both eligable to tag due to their above stated time tagging together and due to the fact that they have never won any of the only recognised world titles

despite not holding those titles though im sure many of you will recognise why these stars are such great drafts and will recognise their success outside of the American arenas.

afterall just look at what the observer has to say about em:

Martouf Wrestling Federation is pleased to announce yet another signing. After hearing that the his rival and man who stopped him from re-taking the title that was rightfully his had come to Ireland to join the BWA, this man simply had to follow and after seeing the vast talent at MWF, he concluded there was no other place to go.

Sorry for the delay all! Didn't have the mental stamina to think about who I wanted for the 20 minute lunch break I self-imposed today.

    ***

My next pick is another tag-team. At the press conference to announce this signing, the first new wrestler had some bad news for the other promotions this year:

"Face it, ICW is going to beat you in the draft. And you'll have spent weeks on it by that stage. By the time your total annihilation is confirmed, your disappointment is going to be so debilitating that it will spur a depression, you won't be able to go to work. And then you'll lose your job. And then, those of you who aren't single are going to annoy the hell out of your spouses, and you'll soon split up. All alone, and without a job, you're probably just going to use up tax payers money on your only affordable vice, alcohol, and drive yourself into an early grave. Thank you, thank you!"

With our fourth pick, we select the team of Ryback and Curtis Axel............RybAxel! They will not be competing as a team however. Ryback has enjoyed an amazing run at USCW and his unbeaten streak currently stands at 172 victories (one short of Bill Goldbergs incredible feat), which has resulted in fans chanting Goldberg during any Ryback segment, who is currently a fan favourite. Curtis Axel now goes by his real name of Henning, competing for mid card titles and remains a fan favourite promising to abide by the legacy of his father.

So apparently my planned pick for this round was taken in Rd2, Whoops!

so a quick think later and...

Why not get another guy who was a huge star in Japan! I don't have many of them so far do I?

3 time IWGP Heavyweight Champion, 3 time WCW World Heavyweight Champion

I want him at his peak so im going for the 1993 version which was when he was:

Wrestling Observer Newsletter awards - Wrestler of the Year (1993) Best Heel (1993) Best Wrestling Maneuver (1993) Moonsault
Pro Wrestling Illustrated - PWI Wrestler of the Year (1993)
not only that but he is a slammy award winner for the crime of the century!

if you haven't guessed what time it is already...it's time, It's Vader Time!
