    Siggy to Silva done

    Baines out.

Will probably get rid of Siggy and bring in Downing

Half tempted to get rid of Bony or Sakho for Falcao, have the cash?
Is it too quick to sign him?....he's only owned by 2%!!

There is a reason he's only owned by 2%!!

And it is not because he is a great player;)

    Bony will start next week:D

the reason is cos he was injured / coming back from injury
I'll be doing Rooney to falcao if I have no more injuries
    and captaining falcao

let the tiger pack reassemble :D

    Considering a -4 to do
    Toure > Silva
    Baines > Zab
    Marney > Sterling

Really want Sterling barring injury tomorrow

Would leave me a front 8 of
    Silva, Sterling, Sanchez, Hazard, Downing
    Costa, Bony, Austin

Selection shouldn't be an issue over Xmas. Main thing missing is Chelsea defensive coverage but think they are starting to slow down.

Was 100k after GW13, currently 8,299 so keen to push on again. Any thoughts?

Siggy to Downing done. Sure, he's away to Chelsea next but his form is compelling and Siggy's is far from it.

Will Mata start v Newcastle? Chambers starter? Will hold onto siggy if he's fit. Ive schlupp, berahino dragging my team down.

Berahino to Austin GW19 (austin away next)
Schlupp to cheapo defender? Suggestions for GW18?

Have you a Villa defender? They have Sunderland (a) in 18 but then 2 home games against Sunderland and Palace. Hutton could be a good short term option. May get him in myself at some stage.

Siggy to Silva or Sterling? Undecided. Siggy's form hasn't been great and he's now possibly injured. Have Duff too who is injured but maybe that can wait? Downing maybe? Can afford them all and can just about afford Yaya. Already have Hazard, Fab, Sanchez and Boyd. Costa, Austin and Bony up top. Any suggestions?

You sort of have alot of eggs in the Chelsea basket. City's fixtures are too good to ignore though so I would get rid of Fab / Haz / Costa. I am currently mulling over swapping Silva in for Yaya. Not sure I go ahead with it as Id be serioiusly worried about damage Yaya can do

Did tadic to silva and bony to kane, should gain value anyway, 2 free transfer

True that but only have the one FT and with Siggy possibly injured for the next game maybe I should wait 'til next week to lighten the load in the egg basket?

Siggy to Silva done. Will weigh up my options after the Monday night game and possibly look at Clyne out for Terry for a hit depending on how Chelsea perform.

most obvious time would be for the FA Cup clash with Wimbledon - Liverpool can't afford to rest him in the league

He has not proved to be 100% player.

I will stay away, and captaining him is not on my list;)

He is still coming from injury, 1 goal is not good enough at 10.5m.

Don't know if Falcao is worth pulling the trigger on just yet but he cud be an option soon if Costa picks up another yellow on Monday moving him one step closer to a 2 match ban. 10mil strikes choices are limited!

I'm in two minds, some advice or reasoning would be great.

    Siggy -> Cazorla or Sterling
    Or
Shawcross -> City or arsenal Def, dunno if Zaba will get rotated now!

    Just one ft!

Im looking at costa to giroud and siggy to sterling.

Despite his form, I'm considering bringing Baines in for Cresswell. I can afford any defender and already have Chelsea and (double) city defensive coverage

Rooney is a midfielder now I have to move him on
with next week fixtures only in mind I'd like to have a united attacker at home to Newcastle
    looked at falcaos stats
the 4 games he has started
    assist
    assist
    goal and 1 bonus
    goal and 3 bonus
he looked really sharp and hungry for goals yday
it is probably a waste of a transfer though if I'm being sensible about it
    but its Xmas :D
if I do sign him I will be captaining him!!!

I like the Falcao gamble...... United have an incredible Stephens Day Premiership record too - 17 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss

I am waiting a day or 2 to make sure he is not injured :D
but Rooney is just way way too deep now

I agree and like you I have Rooney. It does appeal as a gamble pre WC....

Tiz the season to be jolly n all that.

Yun to zabaleta done, pretty happy with my team now

  • Registered Users Posts: 22,625 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

    Current team at the moment:

    Panti
    Terry Bertrand Gibbs Dummett Wisdom
    Yaya Hazard Sanchez Siggy Brady
    RVP Bony Austin

Brady was a mistake I haven't got around to fixing yet. Half thinking of just banking now and using 2 FTS in 19 to get City def and maybe Siggy to Lampard/Milner as a short term punt until I use the wildcard. Would like Silva but I don't know how essential he is if I have Yaya.

I think Falcao and rvp will both only start 1 of the next 2 and rooney will start both. Falcao against newcastle and rvp against Spurs. Utd have too many attacking options and all capable of delivering but no stand out option. The points are being spread out amongst rvp roo Falcao mata adm and for that reason im happy to go without.

  • Registered Users Posts: 22,249 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

I get 4.8 for Chambers and have 1.6 mil. I think I'll go Chambers to Zab. He may be rested come Stephens Day and will miss the odd game with Sagna about but it's a long term move.

He got an assist yesterday and his movements forward were excellent. He was City's best player, really tried to get in at the back of the Palace defence.

I thought RVP was taken off after 60mins yesterday with the intention of him starting again vs Newcastle
