    GFC Ajaccio @ 1.85

they're very strong at home (like all Corsican teams) and I really don't rate their opponents Clermont and their female coach, plus Clermont's top scorer Saadi is injured

    France Ligue2 Tours - Ajaccio

Tour have served us reasonably well this season, we were keen to oppose them early season when they really struggled to overcome huge losses to their squad in the summer, yet continued to seemingly play as theough they had the same personnel ! However, they have now made the adjustment and suddenly found a few goals and ahead of their trip to Dijon earlier this month , where they were a MASSIVE price, I wrote .....

This is my potential upset of the day. Dijon have impressed and are a fantastic 8-0-0 at home and I do feel they will be promoted, but that doesn't mean they have to win every game and in Tours, they are facing a fast improving team who have refound their confidence and their scoring boots. They remain in the bottom three, but are unbetaen in five in all competitions , are buoyed by scoring three on the road in the cup last weekend and have averaged 2.17 goals over their last six starts. On the flip side, they have conceded in each of those, but like earlier in the season, giving up a goal no longer means giving up on the game, far from it and this is a team on the up. They have not won in eight visits to Dijon, which is not a great stat, but six have gone "over" and I definitely feel they will score at least once today, that they will probably not lose on the handicap (+1) and could spring a surprise at a big price, but that perhaps the "over" offers the best value. Hosts are without left back Samuel Souprayen and impressive striker Julio Tavares.

They won that 3-0 (!), subsequently took Ligue1 highflyers St Etienne into extra time, again scoring three goals, won at Valenciennes and have only lost to runaway leaders Troyes and there is no shame in that. They are now out of the drop zone, albeit only on goal difference and will be keen to stay there, they are 5-0-5 at home , which is kind of perfect for betting purposes. They are playing as well offensively as anyone apart from perhaps Troyes and the odds makers have not really caught up with this yet and I would suggest ......1.5 units Tours -0.5 ball 2.20 asian line/Sportmarket.

Tours : Bertrand, Kamara - Bouhours, Cillard, Gradit, Miguel, Milosevic, Touré - Belkebla, Berenguer, Chavalerin, Damahou, Diaz, Santamaria - Adnane, Bergougnoux, Ketkeophomphone, Tandia.

AC Ajaccio : Babiloni, Begeorgi, Cavalli, Coulibaly, Diop, Fauvergue, Gonçalves, Kanté, Leca, Lesoimier, Madri, Marester, Oliech, Pedretti, Scribe, Sollacaro.

Tours are very fast starters and have collected a L2 high 39 points before the break (7-2-1 @ home) , just 13 afterwards and whilst they have got stronger recently through the second period, there is obviously a good chance they will be at their best early, just one away win before the break and one after for Ajaccio, lots of draws, but they are going to be on the back foot tonight, especially early given the usual high tempo start from Tours. They look good to win the first half, but so that we do not have all our eggs in one basket, "over" I goal @ 2.35 for 1 unit will be my suggestion, with their home starts averaging 1.8 per game before the break, comfortably a L2 high.

Australian Open Tennis: ATP: Novak Djokovic - Stanislas Wawrinka

This is a repeat of last years semi final, which Stanislav Wawrinka won 9-7 in the 5th set, then going on to beat Rafael Nadal in the final, to claim his first grand slam title. He clearly loves it here and has now won 12 straight matches in Melbourne, a late developer, he has come out from under the apron strings of Roger Federer and is now a big player in his own right. Before that breakthrough win over Djoko last year, there were clear signs that it was about to happen, the pair had met in both hardcourt slams in 2013 and whilst Novak won both, they each went the distance, Stan the Man leading 2-1 in New York and taking the Serbian player to the brink at this tournament , 12-10 in the fifth. So, their last two neetings in Melbourne have produced 115 games and I would not be surprised to see something similar tonight, infact, I expect it !

Djokovic has looked imperious so far, but did not face a real test until meeting Milos Raonic in the quarter finals, after a tough first set , he brushed the big serving Canadian away with some ease. Wawrinka was expected to struggle against Kei Nishikori , whom many had tipped as a dark horse for this event, but Stan was dominant from the start and barely allowed the Japanese player a look in until the third set. Their was some history between the two , with Nishikori having beaten Wawrinka at the US Open last year in a QF that the Swiss player felt he should have won, he came out this time VERY aggressive and pumped and served really well. Afterwards he spoke about how he feels his game has gone up a level from last year, a few of those Q&A can be read at the foot of this email and what really shines through is how much more confident he is now, not just as a tennis player, but as a man. he is certainly not afraid of Djokovic, or anyone else for that matter and I feel he has a far better chance of winning this than the odds of circa 4.5 (22%) indicate. He is 6-0 in tie breaks this year, which will give him confidence and if it is not stating the obvious (which it is), Djokovic gets very vulnerable once he loses four games in a set and his tie break record last year (14-11) was well below his career average. Wawrinka's serve, as well as his all round game, is improving year upon year and I expect him to push Djoko all the way.

1 unit Stanislas Wawrinka to win 4.33-4.50 general quote....there is 4.80 with Betfair and 4.66 @ Pinnacle, bith of which van be bet through Sportmarket Pro.

0.6 units Djokovic to win 3-2 in sets .....6.50-7.50 general quote.

That equates to circa 2.80 for Wawrinka to win two or more sets and looks decent value about last year's champion, who is at the very top of his game and has taken Djokovic the distance in their last three grand slam meetings on the surface.

Got excited when I saw that but it's money back as a free bet for max €50 and is not available in shops i.e can't get any kind of sizeable bet on by going around to several shops. Still, good offer for anyone planning a bet on that match - also PP are best-price on Chelsea @ 6/5.

Decided to lay PSG @1.25 for tonight as they have failed to beat Rennes last 2 attempts. Will most likely trade out as game goes on if its going well.

Took some +3.5 goals in Dinamo Zagreb v Stromsgodset @2.24 starting in a few mins.

Ntep starts up front for Rennes, he's @ 6.00 to score anytime, he's by far their best player and very promising, he will soon leave this joke of a club imo

    tiny bet on this

Have PSG -1 as part of a decent sized acc bet, so will stick 10 on him in case. PSG are the most likely to let me down.

4-1 now, they are killing Bayern on the counter!

Had a small bet before game for interest on Wolfsburg and BTTS @ 17/2.

    Aftertiming I know. Image attached.

Their unbeaten record at home pulled me in.

Wolfsburg were exceptional tonight think that's the current longest unbeaten streak gone for Munich ,only side in European leagues unbeaten this season up till tonight

Had a terrible week backing goals ( under in sheff united / overs in Bournemouth ) , but really fancy a Dnb double of crystal palace and west brom 3/1, tempted to throw in west ham on handicap aswell.
