I would like a win after a few bad bets...

Time of First Goal (0-10) @ 4.80 (Victor)

Think Chelsea is going to come out hard after the 4-2 loss

Why not just try something simple? goal times and cards are quite hard I think

    Taken Lucas card @2.4

Expecting tough tackles out of him and he was booked in the first leg. Spoke recently about how much it means to him to reach Wembley after missing the final in Cardiff.

    Winner :)

My original idea was to flat stake Henderson and Costa bookings tonight as they had the Tunnel bust up last week. Kinda wish I had taken these too. Henderson was 3/1 and he was first to be booked. Costa should have been booked long ago.

Tiny stakes on 2-2 and 3-3 in the Afcon matches today. If I'm reading the rules right if both ties end in draws, the teams with the highest scoring draw will both go through.

Made a 4-fold of the 1/4 finals of the Dutch cup.
Dont remember the exact odds for all 4 matches going over though

Starts off with Cambuur - Zwolle today > last 5 h2h has 4x overs

Then it is Twente - AZ later on tonight > last 5 h2h has 5x overs.

    Tomorrow the early one is:
    Roda - Excelsior > Last 5 h2h 5x overs (includes 1 friendly)
Actually think Roda will progress there.

Then the last one is Groningen - Vitesse with only 3x overs in the last 5 h2h and i would think that is the dodgiest of them all as the 2 not going over were also played in Groningen.

Really wanted the overs/btts 4-fold but wasnt available last night when i took the bet on bet365

Teams to progress i reckon will be; Zwolle, Twente, Roda, Groningen.
Mind you, this might include over time and penalties in some of them.

    b90241507d74721b94ff9fa48b3af31f.png

    Roda didnt really make it.

But the overs delivered all of them without any pain. Closest was Groningen with te 3rd goal in 76th minute after Vitesse went down to 10 and conceded 4 in 10 mins.

Was on Unders also and when 1/8 before Sheffields first goal I taught we were up. They showed nothing till then.

Australian Open Tennis: ATP: Novak Djokovic - Stanislas Wawrinka

This is a repeat of last years semi final, which Stanislav Wawrinka won 9-7 in the 5th set, then going on to beat Rafael Nadal in the final, to claim his first grand slam title. He clearly loves it here and has now won 12 straight matches in Melbourne, a late developer, he has come out from under the apron strings of Roger Federer and is now a big player in his own right. Before that breakthrough win over Djoko last year, there were clear signs that it was about to happen, the pair had met in both hardcourt slams in 2013 and whilst Novak won both, they each went the distance, Stan the Man leading 2-1 in New York and taking the Serbian player to the brink at this tournament , 12-10 in the fifth. So, their last two neetings in Melbourne have produced 115 games and I would not be surprised to see something similar tonight, infact, I expect it !

Djokovic has looked imperious so far, but did not face a real test until meeting Milos Raonic in the quarter finals, after a tough first set , he brushed the big serving Canadian away with some ease. Wawrinka was expected to struggle against Kei Nishikori , whom many had tipped as a dark horse for this event, but Stan was dominant from the start and barely allowed the Japanese player a look in until the third set. Their was some history between the two , with Nishikori having beaten Wawrinka at the US Open last year in a QF that the Swiss player felt he should have won, he came out this time VERY aggressive and pumped and served really well. Afterwards he spoke about how he feels his game has gone up a level from last year, a few of those Q&A can be read at the foot of this email and what really shines through is how much more confident he is now, not just as a tennis player, but as a man. he is certainly not afraid of Djokovic, or anyone else for that matter and I feel he has a far better chance of winning this than the odds of circa 4.5 (22%) indicate. He is 6-0 in tie breaks this year, which will give him confidence and if it is not stating the obvious (which it is), Djokovic gets very vulnerable once he loses four games in a set and his tie break record last year (14-11) was well below his career average. Wawrinka's serve, as well as his all round game, is improving year upon year and I expect him to push Djoko all the way.

1 unit Stanislas Wawrinka to win 4.33-4.50 general quote....there is 4.80 with Betfair and 4.66 @ Pinnacle, bith of which van be bet through Sportmarket Pro.

0.6 units Djokovic to win 3-2 in sets .....6.50-7.50 general quote.

That equates to circa 2.80 for Wawrinka to win two or more sets and looks decent value about last year's champion, who is at the very top of his game and has taken Djokovic the distance in their last three grand slam meetings on the surface.

Anyone that pays that much for tips is an ape, no matter what the profit is!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 58 ✭✭Bohemian_Soul

so if his profit is 20k per annum off tips he has paid €499 for then he is an ape?? that seems like sound logic alright.

I am presuming the €499 gives you a level of detail and stats that your regular run of the mill tipping service does not give you? It is a lot but in the grand scheme of things it might be a small outlay for rich dividends!

For a 20k profit you'd need to be staking close to 150k to match his average ROI. Well if you have 150k to bet with then fair enough, your probably wiping your arse with 5ers so and the €499 fee for 6 months is loose change.
