    Not sure if this is the place to ask or maybe I should start a new thread?

    Do bike shops have January sales that will include bikes not just gear and are the discounts generally good?

    Bargain Alerts might be a slightly better thread, but I'll try and answer here. Basically retailers will probably have already offloaded most of their "old" stock. 2015 models have been around for some time and I suspect that certainly at the high end you are not going to get a much better deal on what are new models by waiting. At the low end I am sure the likes of Halfords will have all-encompassing post-Xmas sales
