its a valid poll, with a reasonable sample size.

Since when is a poll valid when its controlled by RTE who are not independent and secondly you can 'vote' in it as many times as you like. Like the xfactor.

The only person paying for the cost of text messages would be the tax payer. Similar to how we paid The Healy Raes last phone bill.

Of course they're not going to let the state descend into anarchy. They will use force if necessary to protect the democratic desires of Irish people. If you want change then go for election or vote for someone else.

    Democratic desires.

Its an oligarchy running the kip, not the people.

no no, you mistook conspiracy theory for unvalid poll with no controls or independent analysis.

Ergo you're 'valid' poll is not valid and can never be.

You assume a suitable process of accountability.

Mark my words, the thug will get off scot free.

The Gardai are subject to a raft of oversight systems, anyone of which is capable of handling this case against an individual Gardai.

    Then let the courts decide.

I vote in democratic elections. I don't think we have an oligarchy. Hopefully at the next elections we can see of the loons and nut-cases
