    for me it's selfishness, nothing worse than someone who just wont share what they have with those who may need it more.

    another would be lack of compassion and understanding towards others, that's an important one for me.

    Pettiness. Whether it's whinging about someone who owes them a fiver or just not letting some stupid argument go or thinking they got a real victory over someone because they got the nice cup at tea break or whatever. It's a weird combination of having a personality that's constantly geared towards conflict and then keeping the stakes of that conflict mind-numbingly low at all times.

    There's nothing wrong with ignorance, I find indignance a far worse trait in people, because while ignorance can be educated, indignance underlies an outright refusal to understand and accept that they may just be ignorant.

    Don't have to look too hard for it either.

    And pettiness and spitefulness. Often goes hand in hand with narrowmindedness. I was reading a particularly nasty post earlier and I really pitied the writer. It must be hard going through life with that much hostility and ill will inside you, it makes it hard to be happy with anything.
