Anyway, so my doctor warned me about my alcohol intake recently. Basically, I've drank more than 65 units per week over the last few months or so which is apparently too high. I'm on 23. Usually divided between twice a week. That's only about 5 pints each night, hardly excessive. Admittedly sometimes it'll be 7 pints one day and 3 the other but nonetheless I wouldn't say it's particularly bad. I've tried giving it up for a while but I'm happy enough with the way I'm handling drink these days. Once I stick to beer, which luckily my gag reflex seems to be pretty set on making me do anyway, I'm grand.
