Has to be Brian, no real contest.

Pillman easy, last so one sided a bout I would guess

Champ more than once so got a bye.

The man that would go on to become The Loose Cannon absolutely obliterates The Artist squash match style. This one could be more of a contest though...

Poor Nunzio, you never stood a chance.

    Eddie all the way.

Eddie would be more synonymous with more prestigious championships but has to win out here.

    Eddie Guerrero.

Yeah it still has to be Eddie

    Eddie. Dat Mullet...

  • Registered Users Posts: 32,956 ✭✭✭✭Omackeral

Eddie gets past the Sicilian Shooter handily and goes into the last 16.

Kidman. Was a huge fan of his back in the day... and now I feel old saying that.

Kidman. I don't really have many memories of Juvie.

  • Registered Users Posts: 328 ✭✭Griever931

    I'll go with Billy Kidman.

  • Registered Users Posts: 32,956 ✭✭✭✭Omackeral

The Juice is has been squashed. Kidman works his way past the Mexican star without a hiccup. Can only see this next bout going the same way.

Dean - awesome in the ring

The last remaining lady gets her marching orders courtesy of the Iceman. For the second time in a row, these two have been drawn together in a title tournament. Let's see who'll prevail in this family affair.

    Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy, thoroughly enjoyed his cruiserweight run. Barely remember Jeff with the Light Heavyweight belt at all.

  • Registered Users Posts: 328 ✭✭Griever931

I'll go with Matt Hardy too for the same reason.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Matt. The only time I ever found him entertaining was during that whole Version 1.0 gimmick.

  • Registered Users Posts: 32,956 ✭✭✭✭Omackeral

For the second time in a row, the elder Hardy beats out his younger brother, having seen him of in the European Title tournament previously. Our last Round 2 match is up next and could go either way.

    Chris Jericho

Jericho, even though he is better known for other titles his Cruiserweight days were pretty entertaining as well.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,846 ✭✭✭Moneymaker

Jericho. Tons of great matches in WcW and he was criminally under used.

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators, Music Moderators, Regional Midlands Moderators Posts: 24,124 Mod ✭✭✭✭Angron

Funaki. I can't say I think he's better, but he's someone I'd associate with the Cruiserweight title more than Jericho, even if he did only hold it once. When I think of Jericho, it's usually alongside the World or IC title.
