    Hey,

Is there any apps of any type for general exercises that can be done in the home.. I have the basics (dumbbells, kettlebells)

    Even any recommended Youtube Channels.

Something along the lines of a HIIT program, 7 minute Workout etc.

There seems to be so many.

Don't have time really to commit to a gym or personal trainer but have time early morning / late evening to do something in the home.

    Thanks!

Nike Training Club is pretty good.

Fitness blender on YouTube is decent enough.

30 day shred on you tube is good, especially if you use heavy enough weights

I'm doing 30 day shred and find it great. It's a 20 min work out all in so there's really no excuse for not fitting it in. Level 1 and 2 are on youtube but I had to get the dvd (fiver on Amazon) to do level 3.

The work outs are broken down into 3 circuits of 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 mins abs. Warm up and cool down also.
