ive already made 4 transfer cost me -8 as already had 2 free, now jones injured am i better off benching him, using another transfer -12 or playing the wildcard?

While doing it tell me if you think Rooney to Balotelli is worth a 4 point hit.

but if i just bench jones and then transfer him next week? im thinking long term to the double games weeks in march april that i would like to use the wildcard.

no way rooney at home to qpr keep him for this week

I figure if I wc I'll get ramsey out for Di Maria and Rooney out for Falcao... I don't mind taking hits so much at the start since everyone is transfer crazy

I might just get Jevans in for Jones and take the -12 hutton and wisdom my other alternatives have terrible fixtures...

Or bench jones and get Jevans in next week... Decisions decisions

I'm the same - I'm minus - 12 now after getting rid of Jones. I didn't want the price drops.

I know some people don't pay much attention to player value but I think building up some value is good for transfers later in the season.

I'm undecided as to whether -12 is enough for a wildcard.

I have ramsey and costa as well but would probably keep both even if I played the WC

Debating about the same but would Balotelli really justify a hit. I'm ahead of rivals in my league so might hold off this week. Just improved my defence

Did Rooney to Costa before interlull and haven't looked at team since...needed a break from it! Going with:

Krul
Debuchy PVA Wisdom
Ramsey Siggy Sterling (vc) Fab
Costa (c) Ade Aguero

Little worried about that defence but only have Dummett and Neil Taylor on bench so they're no-gos. Have a million in the bank...should I sit tight and go with that team or could any improvement made with a hit and the investment of the extra £1m?

I think that's way to risky given that Rooney, bad as United are has the potential to score a couple of goals, wwhile Ballotelli has the potential to get sent off. Not the sort of move I think is worth-4.

However I speak as someone who just did a-8 to get Tadic and Mario in for Jovetic and Rambo rather than just get Welbeck or Ade. So if its one of those gut feeling moves that won't go away sometimes you just as well going for it.

Did mine before I left work so I could enjoy my Friday evening.

3 weeks without a wildcard and hits - I surprised meself so far.
Good start helped not to make any aggresive moves - I would be all over wildcard now if I wasn't where I am now (~20k).

Alderweirald (would also mean ditching cattermole for a 4.4 non player)
Or any decent 4.5/4.8 not mentioned

Brought Sterling in for Eriksen early, and have Sterling as captain so hope it pays off.
However, since then, Jones and Jovetic are out injured so now I have 3 Swansea players and 3 Chelsea players on my starting 11.
Looks like a tough week ahead.

Lloris, Clyne, Terry, Williams, Sterling (C), Ward-Prowse, Fabregas, Mata, Sigurdsson, Bony, Costa...

1 available sub: Hutton

Have you Sterling? Really keen on Mad Mario but have 2 other pool players currently, can't see them get loads of goals v a different Villa this season.
Basically looking for a solid captain option as Costa is yellow flagged.

Trying to decide between Hazard, Balotelli and Ramsey, Costa.
Any opinions? I already have Sterling, Fabregas and Welbeck in my team who play on the same teams as those players.

No I don't have sterling had him at the start but sold him before the Spurs game in my wildcard to go with sturridge as my Liverpool attacker. Villa have won and drawn on their last two trips to anfield it's been a difficult fixture for Liverpool under Rodgers.

If you're on a wildcard I'd downgrade cattermole to Boyd, should be a starter at 4.4 so no problem to have on the bench. Gives you the extra 0.2 which I gather brings you up to 5.0m?

In that bracket I like Williams, Bertrand, Trippier, Manquillo, Pieters or Alderweireld. Decent fixtures for all of them coming up.

If you're not on wildcard then don't make the midfield change and I'd bring in Kelly or Wilson

I didn't do it. Abandoned the idea of transferring Costa in and brought Balotelli in for Jovetic instead of him.

Is Ramsey -> Mata a crazy move?

I'm on WC. A bit nervous about Ramsey fitness and Mata has tasty fixtures (FFS have him starting). I know United ain't performing but they have the best run of fixtures in the league and Mata could well get some points out of it. Or is it that with Falcao arrival Rooney will move back to Mata's position very soon?

Right. Need to go. So Ramsey stays. Would lose £0.1m on him if he's Ok or back very soon and with the way price changes this year that could be crucial at some point. Hopefully United continue to struggle and don't leave me with regrets. Hopefully too my bench would play its part if needed. Good luck to you all!
