The fact that students have to wait for the leaving cert results for weeks and then only have a few weeks to sort themselves out with college etc. is mental IMO.

I preferred our way, the stress was mental but it was over in one day :)

Donal Skehan, I don't know exactly why but every time i see him i get the urge to give him a good open palm slap in the face! For no apparent reason he really gets under my skin! Tell me I'm not alone in this!!

. Went in to have my dinner and the pox had Fair City on, i mean this lad is in his mid 30's surely he can't genuinely enjoy that muck.
    QUOTE]

Donal Skehan, he should have his head boiled in cabbage water. Spends more time on his hair than preparing the food:mad:

And as for Fair ****ty ( I am made watch it:D) The worst acting since Wanderly Wagon. There is a young wan in it who works in the café (defo related to someone in RTE) she looks like Quasimodos daughter ( her face rings a bell) one eye higher that the other and a humpy back, walking around as if she is Penelope Cruz on her holidays. And last night, a new young fella from "The flats", judging by his accent, the "flat" must be a penthouse in Dalkey.

Ah yes, and cue Emma O'Kelly on the news for the next few days, blathering gormlessly about the CAO and the points and all the rest of the horsepuckey, cutting intermittently to shots of gangly, pimply kids with braces like the Mullaghanish transmitter discussing the next phase of their careers in Theoretical Physics! :pac:

When people post up photos of newborn babies and a rake of simpletons comment underneath it

"Ah hun ya didn't get a look in, image of her daddy"
" Ah she has your nose hun"

What the actual fook? The baby doesn't look like anyone, she barely looks human and she can't even open her eyes properly yet. It's a giant pink thing. It doesn't look like mam or dad and how the hell can you compare a 3 day old nose with a 20 something year old nose?

Date night that involves watching crap movies, that are all about the shooting, and then getting poked because I'm missing the good bits!

Boy is living together going to be fun!

The honeymoon phase didn't last long then.:D

I'm a bit confused about the RTE news report the other evening, apparently construction of new homes and businesses is on the rise in Dublin. I'm confused as to why planning permission is being given to build more homes/businesses when there are apparently lots of buildings/homes that were built and never inhabited. Should there not be more of an effort to fill the unused homes/buildings before building more?

I thought been poked was the result of date night!!!

Very few ghost estates in Dublin, that was more of a commuter-belt/rural thing.

The really funny juicy prison threads are deleted by the Mods soon after being started.Like early this morning. I saw the title of the thread that was deleted as the most recent thread under Prison forum under the System title. I was too late to grab it again.

Very quiet this afternoon folks. Anyway, men who run in booty shorts:eek: it's wrong on so many levels. Saw a chap running in front of me this afternoon and I saw far more of his hairy arse than is decent, not pretty at all. Booty shorts should be left to the realm of svelte toned 18 year olds, not middle-aged men, or women for that matter:p

The fact there is virtually no litter bin inside in the ILAC shopping mall in Dublin City centre itself. My own personal workaround then is not to shop in the ILAC.

Is that the technical term for those Daisy Duke short-shorts that expose a slice of actual arse-cheek? Why are men wearing them? I assume they're a bit "Rory" in Mrs. Brown's Boys?? :pac:

I suppose it could have been worse, if he sat down his flexible friend might have been peeking out the front of the booty shorts. :D

A couple of people knocked at my door today looking for money for charity and I told them I had nothing to give them. Anyway after arguing their point they started to give out and told me that my dog had frightened them when it started barking. I told them if they didn't get down the garden path quick I would let him out. So annoying!

Yes, I hate that, when in a relay race, and the guy in front grabs it, assuming it to be the baton:eek:
