Are you asking for Father Ted's favourite quote, or our favourite Father Ted quotes? Because the latter isn't really a trivia question.

No sorry I did mean the latter and I know it was kind of going off topic but I couldnt really think of any obvious trivia question that wasnt asked already

I suppose we could manoever the question into the former aswell. For me I think his favourite quote would be "the money was just resting in my account".

How did Ted describe the extremely boring Father Stone?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,563 ✭✭✭Adamantium

    Off topic/on topic

I remember seeing Veronica Guerin years ago in the cinema, and when the actor who played John Gilligan hit Guerin on the doorstep, someone shouted out "Ahhhhh Todd Unctous, he wouldn't hurt a flyyyyy" in a perfect northern Irish drawl :D

    Wikiquote disagrees:

Father Ted: Dougal, Purcell's the most boring priest in the world. He was working in Nigeria a few years ago, and he woke up one morning to find everyone in the village had had enough of him and gone off in a big boat. It sank after about a mile and they were eaten by crocodiles.
