Raw is their flagship show and reaches over 4 million eyeballs so it makes sense to promote the network on it especially since it is supposedly struggling.

But wow, it just seems totally desperate the relentless plugging tonight of the network, its a fine line between promotion and getting the begging bowl out.

They need better marketing..:(

And wrestling to become as hot as it was back in the attitude era would help as well.:o
