Here is what ex IDF paratrooper and now peace activist Miko Peled says

Yes I would and yes I do.

Yeah, my thirst for land in a country I've never been to and the profits of my arms manufacturing plants are to the forefront of my mind when I criticise Hamas.

Your not just criticising Hamas, You are criticising any posters with anything remotely bad to say about Israel.

That is what is more hilarious. You heart Israeli policies.

I understand Israeli policies. I don't heart them.

I also understand the policies of Hamas, a militant islamist terrorist group, and I really don't heart them.

And you certainly don't heart the innocent people of Palestine who are being murdered.

I certainly do. But I don't value anyone's life over anyone else. I don't expect a country to allow it's civilians be shelled without responding.

People who defend Israel love dead children..... FFS cop on! I suppose we have horns on our heads too.

It has responded, It has one of the most advanced weapon systems in the world that does not allow these makeshift 'rockets' to get through.

    The stats speak for themselves.

    You are being ridiculous.

But this time around, Hamas are responding to Israel who shelled them first. I'm not supporting terrorists here, I'm just completely against what Israel is doing.

If you believe what you've just said, then you'd be on the side of the Palestinian people. Your facts are completely wrong so you might as well admit it, you just don't have a clue what you're talking about!

Israel and the US/EU want to destroy as many as possible. But they will do all the nicest talking in the world.

Apart from the really dumb, which unfortunately is many in our midst, actions speak louder than words.

They are very real rockets and the Iron Dome system blocks most, not all of them. Regardless, a country would typically be expected to try to stop rocket launches against it's people, whether it can stop them reaching their "targets" (in reality there is no target, as long as it hits any part of Israel or any Israeli it's a success) or not.

Theres a very simple solution to all this. Rather than spending billions on weapons and murdering innocents.

Draw back to the original agreement. Everyone including those bad brownish people would be satisfied with that. Regardless of what your Zionist media wishes to tell you otherwise something something wipe them off the planet nonsense.

Very few care about the Palenstines. Not even other arabs, hence, they are the easiest of targets for Israel.

Israel is right to eliminate them before a new world power emerges.

What's with the Zionist media reference? I live in the west with access to the same media as you or anyone. I just have a different opinion than you, it doesn't mean some 'Jew' is controlling what I think.

That's one hell of a twisted way to justify the mass murder being conducted by the IDF.

    Operation Protective Edge

    f*cking hell...

That's it then, they're going to flatten the whole of Gaza!

Without a shadow of doubt. Its disgusting what they can get away with. Im surprised at how quiet Europe have been over this issue. No leadership coming out of EU to criticise the Israeli actions. I'd like us to stand on our own two feet for once and distance ourselves from the American agenda. What is going on in Gaza is just plain wrong. Pure and simple.

Speaking of captivity who is responsible for the blockade and isolation of Gaza? This is the fault of Hamas too right?

My point is that when a European country tried to ban it, the "ANTI SEMITISM!!!" card was used to derail the proposal. That, in my view, is direct evidence of a religion having too much political power. Religious belief should not be able to trump a societal decision that a practice is barbaric. Had the card been played by Muslims and succeeded, I wouldn't be describing it as evidence for Judaism being elevated above other religions because of the anti semitism card.

When Germany tried to ban it, both Christian, Islamic and Jewish leaders in Germany all joined together to oppose the moves. In fact, the case that the ban had arisen from involved a young Muslim boy.

Anti-semitism wasn't the rallying-cry, it was general religious freedom.

Both Jews and Muslims claimed they would feel that their religion wasn't welcome in Germany if the bank was upheld - yet you seem to be focused on claims of anti-semitism which simply were not widely made.

the EU is also very much against arabs.

They can quickly impose sanctions on Russia when it suits.

The Israelis (and Egyptians) got fed up of Hamas importing rockets to fire at Israel.

So they decided to block off ALL the Palestine people and target everything including aid vessels?

the Egyptians yes, not the Israelis. These rockets are an excellent excuse to pummell them into oblivion for once and for all.

Well alot of the references you and mr A1 apologist who takes over from you when you shut down on sydney time seem to be of the zionist orientation.

Explicitly indicating that Hamas want to wipe Israelis from the planet. When Hamas have explicitly said they want their lands back and are fighting the oppressor. And it just so happens in this case the Oppressor is Isreal.

So tell me have you anything to say about my simpler solution in the post that you referenced. Or are you just hand picking things that you feel you can mouth off about? because other items actual shed a glaring light over the whole thing ??

    Yes. ?
    No?

I'd appreciate a straight answer please. who is responsible for the people of Gaza being penned in , in what can only be described as an open air prison. who is responsible for that Hamas or Israel?..

Forgive me for my ignorance, but why are US so supportive of Israel here? how can anybody be supportive of this?
they were guilt tripped and emotionally blackmailed into doing it in 1967, and have been ever since

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Israel implements the policy because Hamas gives it little choice.

Alas, I'm stating facts. If you think any Western leader is losing sleep over this you are gravely mistaken. It's seen as an opportunity for Israel. They will tell you otherwise, they are searching for peace etc,,trust me, they aren't.
