Its a brand new game starting from scratch. Found similar issues on reddit happening for all games not just back compatibility, says its fixed though. Maybe takes time to propagate.

I've a few that are stuck on "done, unlocking!" from last night. They'll unlock eventually.

I didn't know whether to write in this thread, or the Fallout 4 thread - but in regards to Fallout 3 being available as Backwards Compatible, how does the DLC work? I have every DLC for the game but I don't know if it was carried over. Does anyone know if it did?

if you are using the same GT then you will have the dlc too

When you look at the game in your Games and Apps, push the Menu button and select Manage Game ... you should see the DLC as Ready to Install and it should be good to go from there.

Anyone having issues with Parties since the NXOE update?

Any party I created last night, or joined....nothing I said was being picked up. The Kinect could hear me as voice commands were working and tested recording a clip too and my voice was being picked up.

But in a party, even after a reboot, nothing I said was heard by other people in the party and I was not set on mute on the other side. The little colouration around your gamerpic when you speak in a party was not moving at all.

I actually started having issues after that too, every now and then it would say in the party that it was unable to find a mic and no-one could hear me.

Thats what was happening. That message was popping up and disappearing.

No way to restart the party app now from what I can see. Previous to the NXOE you could quit the app and restart it, same as any other app.

Sigh....

I just remembered something as I was looking up Mics and Adapters. I muted my Kinect last night so herself could play Pure Hold'em without the other players hearing her shout her cards at me for advice.

Then played Halo with Mickeroo and he couldn't hear me, totally forgot I muted Kinect in the new setting on NXOE, so its still totally the NXOEs fault. :pac:

The update yesterday did seem to take an age to download and install. From reading, it was to fix a small number of bugs and bring more stability.

I never see notifications for those codes on my console ever, I will always get one on my phone for those from smartglass however. So if not using smartglass it could be there and you'd not even know it.

@The_Chap check the messages on your xbox one if not using smartglass.

I want to play some of the 360 games on the Xbox One but unsure of the full process. If I don't have the games I wanted (Beyond Good & Evil) for example on digital copy linked to my account can I download a digital copy of the game on the Xbox One website/store or do I need to purchase the actual disc.

Yeah you can go ahead and buy the digital edition, that will work fine.
