No snubbs, if you "earn" €300k in fees, I think you'll find you'll hire a very smart accountant and end up paying less than 10% tax overall.

I would hate to need advice off that cit info guy. He doesn't seem to understand that the charge went up €20 a month, every month it went unpaid. Its the same as every other unpaid bill that accrues interest.

I think his issue is he's being charged for two properties because he's receiving 2 separate rents from his tenements who share the one property.
That's my understanding of his issue anyways
