Anyone got a watch box to sell? (Or even recommend one)
Ideally looking for one that’s holds 8 but open to others.
    Thanks

I got a couple with faux leather and a see through top from Lidl and they do the job. How about an empty wine box to hold a few?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

I went to Lidl twice to get the same watch box and could never find them. Must be hens teeth.

I got my box off Amazon for €12 delivered. Can't argue with that :)

Yes the Amazon boxes are most likely the best bet. But always pick up with both hands. I picked up mine one handed a my thumb cracked the glass/plastic display top.

or wait until LIDL do the tea boxes again

Picked up a couple on Amazon myself, no issues with them. Wouldn't be paying more then 15 for one mind

Due to a few new arrivals I am having a minor clear out. Going to put one or two on Ebay but thought I'd offer a couple here as I prefer to sell local if possible.

    1. Steinhart Ocean One Vintage.
Crystal and case perfect with just a few swirls on the bracelet. Inner and outer box perfect. All spare links, booklets and hangtag included. Originally bought 2016 direct from Steinhart. €320 Boardsie price. Will post or can collect from my work in Drumcondra.

    2. Seiko Monster 7S26-0350 SKX779
A few light marks on back of case and bracelet otherwise pretty unblemised. Runs very nicely. Complete set with inner/outer boxes, booklet and spare links. If memory serves I bought it off Ebay. €220 is fair for a speedy sale. Will post or collect as above.

That Steinhart is pretty cool! Love the 369. What size is it?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,244 ✭✭✭munster87

    Steinhart 39mm?

Steinhart site says 42mm. Going to guess that includes the bezel.

Case is 42 but the bezel is actually closer to 44 so coupled with the long lugs it really wears like a 44.

I think on the 42mm the lug to lug is around 50mm. Could be wrong. My wrists can’t manage that I think.

I'll have to measure it tomorrow. I'm pretty skinny wrist wise and it wears fine on me.

Edit: Got the calipers out. Bezel is 42mm.

Mine arrived from Steinhart today. You're spot on, bezel is indeed 42mm. Lug to lug is 50.

I forgot how how good this watch looks on the wrist.

Someone buy this watch, it's a stupidly good price for such a great watch!

Ok, I’ll bite. I’m interested in the Steinhart if you haven’t sold it elsewhere.

    Is it still available?

It is up elsewhere but at a higher price than here. I'm happy to sell here as promised for €320.

Lovely Tag Monza. Original crocodile strap. Box and Papers (which I'll take pics of later on if I get a PM of interest). Have it less than a year and was bought brand new. Am in Blackrock / Stillorgan area of Dublin and can also meet in Park West, near where I work.

Whats the ballpark figure you are looking for on the Monza?

Looks fairly worn. May struggle to shift it at €1,200. Brand new they can be got for less than €1,000 in places.
