Nice one for that, was kicking myself when I forgot to pick one up in Germany! Got the last one in the Argos in Cork City.

I posted because I tried and I can't get it to work on my chromecast. I can cast via DNLA to one TV but not to my chromecast on another. All other apps work fine. It's great to hear it's working for others. Maybe the filmon update hasn't rolled out to me yet. I'll reinstall it when I get home and try again.

There are so many versions of filmon on the store, maybe try another one? Mine is Filmon Live TV ME whatever the heck that is.

Ya it does. In Showbox uncheck the internal player box and then play it with either Avia or Allcast. Will cost you about 3 euro but it's well worth it. New HD movies on the TV. It's what I use it most for.

I booked one at Stephens Green in Dublin but lady there said they don't have it and don't know when it will be available plus she advised me to wait for TXT.

I've just set it up on the TV in my son's room(it was very easy to do) and it works really well. I didn't really know how much use I'd get out of it as I don't use Netflix and never had the need to watch YouTube on my TV but then I found a nice little google Chrome extension which allows you to cast any videos from my laptop onto the TV which is something I will find quite useful....

Videostream for Chromecast is one that I found to work well. You just select you local video from within Chrome and off it goes to your tv.
