Borini could be a great backup to SAS I reckon. Great attitude, not likely to be kicking up a fuss if hes on the bench for a few games, and could make a genuine impact. Far better option to Aspas anyway.

I'd be slightly concerned that Sunderland would fight tooth and nail to keep him and Borini himself would fancy starting 30+ league games next season.

Not an insurmountable problem and he's hardly irreplaceable but he would just really suit us next season and save us a bunch of money.
