Anyone have a rough idea how long it takes to change ownership? 1-2 weeks? When does the ownership actually change, once it is returned?

Usually ten days to two weeks from sending off the signed form.

Not yet, I will be changing the Yaris to my own name to take out my own policy to open drive the new car until I swap over to it permanently in March-ish when the sister takes the Yaris.

Going to look at this http://cars.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/bmw-5-series-2-5-litre-petrol/7552348 on Friday with Pickles and his Mechanic with the intention of buying it, assuming all it needs is two tyres and nothing major.

I love the new garage setup and there is so much space on the forecourt. I need to give the power washer a go. Do you still have to go in and get a code or is it pay with coins?

You can do both, it's out of order at the moment, a fair bit of teething problems with the new site.

The Mazda 121 was basically a rebadged Fiesta of that era, looks the exact same, bar the badge.

Nope, its all good, just one or two persistant small things it seems, I don't want to sell it, but I don't want to ask for something stupid when i do go to

Also, that volvo you're after in kildare, I know the guy selling it ;)

But this is a Fiesta and plus it is a 5 door car??

Here is a front angle you might make out the oval Ford badge

Ohh when that open? Good road? Make much difference to the bottleneck?

I don't know. Last time I was up there was last wednesday and it was still closed off. Good road indeed. Saves about 10-15 minutes and a bit of fuel as well. :)

That's actually in my town, but I have no idea where it is. 3k looks like a bargain for all those cars if they all got log books. No nct would not be a problem.
Great for someone who fixes up cars and sells them.

Is it a peugeot garage selling them?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,302 ✭✭✭Supergurrier

Was doing the old toothpaste on headlights trick to remove the hazyness today and it did the job 90% apart from 1-2 stubborn spots when i ran abit of bilt and hamber clay over them which almost got them perfect.

Then decided as it was in my hand to try the clay on the sunscreen marks all over the boot and it took them off like they were just dirt marks.

    Wahey :)

Think he is actually, went back to push the poor lad off the road, and he was gone, no blood or anything. Hope it's not suffering somewhere :(

Saw a badger at the side of the A55 outside Chester on saturday afternoon, it was the size of a medium dog, massive yoke, must have met a truck or something no cuts or anything just flat out on side of the road.
