I wonder if one death is enough to keep the rest of those scum from doing it again.

    I somehow think now, unfortunately.

No, had planned to go to the Mosney show in the MG but just took the MR2.

Have a bit more wiring to do on the MG.

Just agreed to meet a chap for a set of new wheels for the e60 :)

Chuffed, not the wheels I had originally planned but they are oem and at a great price so I'm happy :)

Such joke. very humour. much funny. wow.

In other news, insane weather out there. Lightning, thunder and a huge amount of rain. I need to replace the wipers ASAP as they are pretty much useless.

I didn't think you were far from Athlone, but you must be as I have not come across anything like that. A few light showers and then sunny. Mostly sunny very few showers.

Stupid bug landed on the paint after spraying it. Tried to fish him out too early, making this mess. There's no more paint left. Please say the lacquer will make it better :o

Was in tk max today I don't like the shop I think everything is all over the place but found this microfibre mitt for 4 quid. I'm trying to make a decent effort at the detailing have to start somewhere. No doubt someone will tell me this is the complete wrong thing to use :pac: I'm in abit over my head with the whole detailing thing. Where would I buy microfibre cloths reasonably online. Should I use them for applying autoglym super resin polish and egp or is there other cloths to use for applying them.

Seems expensive for what it is but maybe it is very good quality, I end up using about 8 Microfiber clothes when doing mine as they get dirty fast and a separate one for each productI apply. But thats just me

I picked up a good few of them in a Dealz store recently for 50c each. That said some cloths are miles better than others and these were on the lower end of the scale.

Ah yep seems like a good mitt. I'd imagine they shouldn't need to be replaced too often once minded. That's what I was thinking about the microfibre cloths that I need a good few. Anywhere online where you can get packs of 10 or something like that. No dealz store near me unfortunately.

Oh. I've done that before as well so now I let the paint dry before taking them off. I doubt that lacquer will make it any better since it's transparent. :(

The spot is more "shiny" then the rest of the paint. Seeing as the lacquer makes a panel look shiny, shouldn't it not blend in more though?

I'd get another bit of paint, sand it back and spray on another coat of paint. If you're going to the hassle of spraying it, you'll regret if you don't do a proper job on it!

I know it's a taboo around these parts, so I'm desperate to disguise the screw heads :P
