Its a €1000 BMW big six with 10 month NCT. If thats what you are looking for, I dont see the problem.

Anyway, if less prosaic descriptions are your thing... nice little rock 'n 'rolla

Boring, but eminently practical and capable. years nct. clean looking. might be trader, though.

1100 notes, but I'd say 1000 would secure.

    Hatchback, too. mmmmmmmm :D

A lot of that sellers stock comes from Merlin Car Auctions. That 323i was in recently, ex-Windsor Direct car, he must have put a test on it because I think it was out.

Not necessarily a bad thing as the main dealer T/I stock is generally good quality but just be mindful if you're looking for a 17 year old 2.5 petrol BMW it is worth about €300 or €350 in the auctions.

Yeah, but he took the risk, did the work for the test ( which could include brake lines on these) and cleaned it up. Which probably makes it worth the money.

The more i look at that 323i the more i like it. He has a nicer (possibly Singapore import) 2004 touring for 2K. That looks very special.

You're right. It went through in April - sold for €100! :p

A massive €150 including fees so :) The auctions are the best place to pick up big engined old smokers.

Reading the sellers other adverts especially the Scenic and E Class the seller is definitely on some mind altering substances!

Plenty nonsense out of the seller anyway. Would be painful dealing with him.

I dealt with him.... Was utterly hilarious though!

That BMW estate was quite clean in person though...!

That grille itself is in high demand among the boxy starlet lads

Tax? It helps, but long NCT would be far better.

1.6 is a better engine than the 1.4

Shouldn't have any problems with insurance. I insured a 1.6 Bora when I was 18 and with 0 NCB (2 years ago) for €1795.

Golfs, Boras and Passats are more expensive to insure now because of their popularity among young lads modifying them.

Does it matter to insurance companies if I don't want to mod or anything? Plus I'm 25.

There's enough test on it to get it home.Once there, you can park it outside your living room and just look at it. It is lovely.

Happened to me and my friends few times when looking for a car.

Ad claims 6 months nct when in fact there is a month or less left.
Some people will lie to get potential buyers in. Same with mileage, tax, condition, number of owners etc.

Not to mention "Timing belt changed last week" and all other bs (all cars sold in Ireland are "recently serviced", too).

And owned by lady owner whose name is John:D
