My Money is on a misprice/cancelled order. But for €12.21 I couldn't not try this.
You could even pay the extra €9.50 with DHL and see if they arrive sooner, and then open a dispute if need be.

The seller has a good rating.

EDIT - Buyer Protection is automatic and after looking around quite a bit, it seems to be very safe. Verified on quite a few sites.

Heard about that particular site before and asked a friend in China, supposidly its the equivilant of Ebay, or a Chinese Ebay.

Never did buy the item after so cant say how genuine they are, but hopefully we got lucky

If the answer is yes, move on and don't waste your money

Actually on further analysis, looking at the original RRP of the products, they are most certainly referencing cheap chinese counterfit versions of the listed products, so even more reason to walk away. Even if you were to win you still are not getting a great deal.
