It would be a safe bet for people wanting a random case of beer for a party -you always get somebody badmouthing heineken/bud/carlsberg/carling etc. Though when their beer runs out they usually will swill the one they deemed pure piss an hour ago!

I know we're spoiled, and it can't last, but 20 a litre is my buy price - usually get that 3 or 4 times a year, either in Tesco, or in Dunnes with the voucher..

Brexit might put paid to that, if it ever comes to pass..

Picked up a couple of these this evening in Tesco Longwalk,Dundalk.Six or seven bottles left.
Half-price @ €2.51 (bb date Dec/19)

Very dry and not to my taste but should be fine in a snakebite

Also the Linden Village 2L bottle is reduced to €5.

Will keep an eye out for those, a lot of ciders that used to be dry have become insufferably sweet over the last few years - trying to ape Bulmers I suppose.

Lidl do a dry craft cider but think its something like 2e for 500ml bottle.

Tesco Malahide had 25% off any 6 bottles of wine on Tue 9 April. Not sure if this is nationwide or local.

Slabs - Carlsberg, Bulmers, Budweiser
1 litre bottles - Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Cork Dry Gin
700ml bottles - Jameson, Bombay Gin

Decent when used with the €10 off €50 spend vouchers. Advert says it expires Saturday 13th.

Tesco doing 18 330 ml bottles of Peroni for 20.

Very good value for a premium beer.

BTW anyone know where I can 10 of 50 spend in Tesco.
