I don't think many of the record beating people are the same. I thought after the teams came out that Bayern would win 2-0 or so, 1-1 with 2 of the players most likely to exploit Uniteds main weakness picking up suspensions definitely exceeded expectations, why wouldn't people be more optimistic?

I doubt they will make the mistake of not playing mandzucik again and isnt Dante coming back in for them? Im assuming united will play the same way again, hope to get a goal through set piece, counter attack, bit of luck or bayern mistake and if they dont, throw caution to the wind about the 70th minute. If bayern score first or early though, I can see a potential demolition job and I mean on the scoreboard, it will be a demolition job where it doesnt count, i.e. possession and chances, let see if they can muster more than "sterile domination" tonight...

The beauty of his goals are just outstanding.To watch the little magician at his best was great to see and I'm glad I got to see him plenty of times live.

I share your fears on evra. Hopefully he can manage to stay awake for 90 mins, although I fear we will lose at least one goal because of him.

I don't know if Ole was taking the piss on the football fantasy show when he was giving out his best all time 11 players he played with but he mention Scholes and how he could not header.

I just thought he must be taking the piss,Scholes was a great header of the ball and scored I'm sure plenty of goals with his head.
