I agree, but the woman seemed perfectly harmless.

Fair point, it was a bit personal.

5 minutes 30 in - how Blathnaid tried to ruin Dara O'Briain's career

Seems you can't walk down the street without tripping over one of these modern bluegrass bands at the moment.

I usually like them, to be fair (except that Mumford fella).

You can't conduct your business in Irish in this state where Irish is the official language, joke of a place.

John Waters is on extended leave from The Irish Times after he sent a legal letter to The Irish Times over an article written by Una Mullally.

    #Pantigate

Never a good idea to make legal threats to your own employer. Especially when recent events have shown that you won't have many people on your side. The Irish Times aren't likely to cave like RTE did.

    Demands ... oppressed ... minorities

You would think it was Apartheid she was whinging about. We already waste far too much on Irish.

It shouldn't be an official language so.

It shouldn't be an official language so.

But it is and until it's decided that it's not it should be accommodated, if it's voted to disband it fine.

She probably took them out in the toilet with a fada........

And they never said that again to her....

Bizarre move by Waters alright, he's really going for the anti-gay martyr title? Who knows.

Just one of the many contradictions of this state. A language that hardly anyone can speak fluently is an official language.

The Irish language is taught in 1920's criteria, outdatted rubbish that attracts few people to have any interest in it whatsover.

You never see Sheana Keane on RTE anymore. She presented with Blathnaid but came off second best in their dispute. Shame, I liked her.
