Nigel complained to the SNS twitter account when they billed him as a gay referee. He quite rightly said there was more to his life than being gay, and he wasn't coming over just to talk about his sexuality.

Well, he's doing exactly that Skid?...

So why was he complaining in the first place?

In fairness he was in the news recently due to Francis' comments about gay people not being into sport.

Yeah I'm on the mobile so can't post a smiley throwing my eyes up to heaven.

RTE/Sns would do better with less payouts to Iona et al rather than more gay references on twitter.

Way too short an interview. An eloquent man with interesting experiences and opinions. Deserved longer.

That would have been an excruciating interview if Tubs was doing it. BOC made it fun and Nigel came across as enjoying it too!

Emma and Squirt both appeared on The Saturday Night Show with Brendan O'Connor in 2011.

    I can't stand Ross O'Carroll Kelly

That stupid D4 voice everyone does when you told them you supported Leinster (before they were popular). All his fault.

The lad on TV3 in the morning....(can't think of his name)...
