The nerves have set in. Have the usual final morning fry. Read the coverage of the game in the papers and on Boards then get ready to go into town for the game #bestdayoftheyear

    Jesus me head.

I've approximately 26 pieces of bacon on to get me through this hangover. I don't know if anyone takes their breakfast pudding as serious as myself, but Rudds is the dogs nuts.

Still not excited, think its been pushed back by my disappointment of not having a ticket. I think it'll be a great game though.

I've heard talk of a lot of Kerry clubs getting Hill tickets, as their "normal" allocation of stand tickets went to the people who were involved in the raising of those 1 million smackers last year. Cue lots of pissed off people not bothering traveling, as they don't want to be stuck on the Hill amid all the Dublin riff raff. So they are sending their tickets up to Dublin to be sold. If that is true, there should be even more tickets floating around the usual Kerry pre game locations than normal.

Today's the day. It's Christmas Day for GAA fans. Santa's bringing Sam to Dublin. Come on the Dubs! Have a great day everyone. If any of you are going there, enjoy Coppers. ;) See you in Merrion Square tomorrow night! :)

Same as 2011, more than enough Hill 16 been swapped or sold

Soaked to the bone. And so so happy. Love it when we beat that shower well.

Yes, almost anti climatic by far the better team.

    Enjoy it!

My feet are drenched. bought a poncho so escaped any real damage.

Disappointing we didn't put the game to bed earlier, it was a very comfortable win. But we'll look at the negatives later on.
Had a bet on 5 points and over. Oh well.

Can anyone tell me why Gooch didn't play? Didn't even come on as a sub.

    Up the Dubs!

hopefully the sunday game will put the spotlight on that glorious representative of dublin football and the GAA - the one and only Philly McMahon.
Pests like that should be out of the game until they're taught how to behave.

I'll enjoy O'Donoghue and Gooch getting a crack at him next year when they're fully fit.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Worst seats in croker. **** dreary day but very happy.

Never a day for classy football but even still we executed poorly. The thing that gives us the decisive edge on Kerry is that we just have better athletes. They were never going to match us in a game of attrition.

Andrews, Brogan and Kilkenny put in insane shifts. Being the wrong side of 30 makes Brogans performance all the more laudable. Our defenders were magic.

Cluxton needs to come to some sort of epiphany. If no option presents itself belt it down the middle. I won't hear of it that we play second fiddle in midfield to any county in Ireland. SOS, Parsons, Moran, Maher were unable to impose themselves against us. Cluxtons refusal to accept the opposition have cut off the options is leading him to make serious mistakes though. He has to correct that.
