So since the euro took a nose dive, how does buying from American sites work out now. PayPal only give you 1.09 dollars to 1 euro.

Only going to get worse, wouldn't be surprised if SCEE even raised the prices here and dependant on their supply chain maybe a bump in prices in the UK.

Could be worse, at least we're not stuck with the ruble.

Pre-ordering off amazon has become a bit of a gamble since the pound is becoming stronger, as you used to save a good bit, but now could cost heavily.

15 year high vs Euro, didn't even think the Euro was that old.

Just purchased Telltail games GoT and Borderlands and used the discount code. Now I can't download them, they won't show up in my library section and when I look at them in the store it says purchased but no option to download them again.

probably because it started in 1999 but ireland didnt get it till 2002

Which is the better of the metro redux games? Is last light directly linked to 2033? Thinking about adding it to my basket with the us 10% off

Last Light is the direct sequel. But with the remastered versions, the engine in 2033 was upgraded to match Last Light, so playing one after the other feels like a coherent experience. I loved both games to bits. Lot of call backs to Russian sci-fi movies and books. Excellent stuff.

Same thing happened with me. Just go to episode 1 for each and instead of purchase it should say download

Ring your local Gamestop it is 20euro for the bundle disc based, better off getting that than buying from the store imo... They may be sold out though so ringing around is best option before going to the store...

I just preordered " Dying light Ultimate edition " from the Canadian store for €50.30 ... the same game in IE is €90 . You can get the standard edition for €39 .

I just set up a canadian account and bought $80 Can credit here (its on sale )

played and loved the walking dead, havent followed any of game of thrones before.

I'm not going to play it until I watch the series myself. I think the game is set somewhere between series 3 and 4 but features a fictional family not in the series.

played both seasons and watched every episode of the series. i cant see anything thats in both of them

They're talking about Game of Thrones which absolutely they should watch before playing as there's a pretty major spoiler right at the start of the game.

Don't want to be taking this thread too OT. I believe with series 5 due out in the US it's now overtaken the books and will be considered it's own canon branch of events. Almost like the Halo series with the games and books going against each other and then some of the books being released to match the games canon more closely.

Nah hasn't overtaken the books yet. There's still two books not covered yet.

Having said it had branched off in some areas since the second series so isn't identical although the main plot points are the same.

Apparently the saints row port is a pretty bad port, the framerate is all over the shop as are the graphics. Glad I avoided it.
