The Supreme Racing Club tweeted this morning

On top of losing Avant tout we lost our mare Ask Vic with colic thoughts with her owners and stable staff .losing 2 in 24 hours is painful

Fenton probably wasn't player of year to be fair but he was out of the three nominated.

Johnny Cooper was true POTY for me though.

Lee Keegan deserved POTY. Was wrongly sent off in the replay and outscored Connolly in the games where they marked each other. Has been Mayos best player for a number of years now.

This obsession with Connolly is the exact reason why Keegan got POTY.

Connolly, as talented as he is, has flattered to deceive in many finals, not just against Mayo. Bernard Brogan and, on this occasion, McManamon and Rock have been Dublins matchwinners. Keegan benefited greatly from Connollys inflated importance to Dublin.

William hill tweeted saying a woman had 180k on Clinton in shop at 1/8. She literally must be the most idiotic punter in the world. 1/6 widely available my god

Knew I seen a post like this somewhere in this thread. If ever somebody deserved to lose nearly 200k it was this lady.

Another big winner for Tizzard the Whizzard

Im beginning to regret not following you in for the 50-1.

Great start and I hope it continues for you.

Thanks Torment. Seems to be doing well with Potts horses. Fox Norton looks a much improved horse this year and a lively contender for the champion if Douvan isn't 100%

    Tizzard the Wizzard eh.

Lucky man to have inherited such good jumpers, more like.

The previous connections of Fox Norton must be wondering did they do the right thing selling to Potts.

They hardly picked his name out of fat air. He's come up through the ranks from a small batch of poor horses. Wouldn't begrudge him a bit of good fortune

I wonder will Potts move them all back eventually.

Some well drilled chasers from Knockeen . Platinum was held in high regard even going back to the "Sizing off" race a few years ago, when Potts mixed it up between yards. Then he was well beaten by Fox Norton last month. They must have made Brian Dunn an offer he couldn't refuse.

That Newcastle all weather is very hard to find a winner.
Seems to favour different places on the track almost every meeting.

I have had worse feelings. Quite by Chance added another 18k there. If he won he'd have added an extra 44. Still happy enough given a lot of Nicholls' disappointed today

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,384 ✭✭✭Shemale

He is in a good place given he has only had about half the runners Nichols has sent out

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭Peintre Celebre

Gave Nicholls a massive head start. Can't remember had he about 200 or 300k more by the time Tizzard started sending his. The winner in the opener at Ascot could be smart too

5/2 cue card for the KG and 12/1 tizzard aren't coming up as related bets, comes to 44.5/1 on 365 if anyone fancies it. Should surely be related

Solita in the 12.40 tomorrow in punchestown . Was talking to the owner about him he's expecting a big run from him.thought it would open higher than 9s so took that currently at 8s

Superb bet, 100k + for the race and one race to possibly win another 1.3.

About 3.2 would be enough for the title I reckon.
