Moving out prank/general bastardness

So here's the deal, I'm moving out of my current house at the end of next month and I'm looking for some way to annoy the one remaining housemate there. Why? Well I think everyone who has moved out had that one annoying housemate, this guy is the ultimate one and I can't just let it go. I've got one month, any ideas?
