Nice easy four miles done this morning, the next steps i run will be from the startline on Sunday morning. Looking forward to it!

I'm aiming for a crack at sub three hours - this would be almost a 20 minute PB so there's a good chance it could end in tears. I'm happy with the training i've done though so am reasonably confident of a good shot at it...16641 if anyone would like to track. Good luck to all others running it and hopefully might meet some of you over post race steins :)

    I'm 26726..
    "A" target is 2.58 something
"B" target is a PB (better than 2.59.35)
    "C" target is sub 3
    "D" target is sub 3.03
and after that its tears and recriminations ( and "lame" excuses) all the way..

hope everyone has a great race and enjoys it
    Lex

Just trying to do that now. Think you need to download the app to access the tracker.

Pollock gone off a lot slower than I would have thought. Would expect him to start coming through

Aslo surprised to see Murray there, didn't know he was running.

    Yeah.

Ultrapercy lost a little in the second 5k but regained it and now back on 2:30 pace.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,915 ✭✭✭✭menoscemo

Halfway, the first group through in 1:17:37
    The second group 1:18:11

I reckon Pollock is on for a big negative split. It may prove that he has paced this very sensibly

    Half marathon-

    Hehir
    Ciobanu
    Thornton
    clohissey
    Murray-
    Seaward- all together in 1.07:37

    Hanrahan-
    Pollock-
    Fitzpatrick-all together in 1.08:11

    Lee- 54:16 15k

Some Running! Pollock is probably thinking the lads can't keep up the pace.

Think some have gone off too fast, hopefully not though.

Really expect Pollock to up it and come through very strong.

    Hon the lads and girls!
