Still 114 seats. Mostly Y class.

    Long flight for a A319. 6.5 hours.

It always amazes me as well how the transcon flights in the States operate with short-haul aircraft, Virgin America fly A320's max certified 149 (F8 Y+12 Y129) and I was lucky enough to fly in August 2012 between Boston and Los Angeles with them, just over 6 and half hours that flight, would imagine it was near its max payload!

Would that be the only path over the city too? If there are any at all? Always boring old 28 for me, not that one can complain about that either (not that I'm flying!)

Taking off initially heading east, right turn and heading west will bring you over the city.

But yeah, great views of the city landing as I described earlier.

Just went on to their website to check what the prices are like. They only fly Saturdays, so for one adult round trip in July it would cost me 510 quid. Absolute rip off. You can get to New York for cheaper then that.

Very expensive indeed- most the seats on the flight are sold to a charter company but a few remain for general sale.

From what I've read on Facebook, there's been some complaints over it because of the noise.
