His honesty in post-round interviews is refreshing to be fair. Most others would have run for the hills I'd say...

Very refreshing - he must be a delight for the media.

From what shot tracker has been saying he has missed a few short putts for birdie but his shorts irons were very good today as was his mid/long range putting. Very quick turn around from missing so many shots left yesterday.

There aren't many players who can fix an issue overnight.

Day looks back to his best so The Masters is even more wide open

He ran for the hills last time.

I remember a time he ran of the course with a sore thumb or some other fake injury

Once. In all the years and all the rounds he has played - he went off in a strop and didn't talk to the media once.

He is one of the most willing candidates to come and speak to the media regardless of how well he plays. I'm sure you can cut him some slack for one round.

I think if Rory got his game together, he might actually win something.

Out in 6 under today. Just had his 6th double bogey of the week!

Cracking round from Rory today including another double bogey.

Serious inconsistency problems but the match play will suit him again

If he had played like that on Thursday and Saturday, he would have won easily.

Your posts are really becoming tiresome.

Thanks for your input, very insightful, but best leave the modding to the real mods.

Hardly once now? Honda classic this year and last without even thinking about it? I'm not complaining, who wants to go through interviews when they're frustrated. He's no different to most of them.

Great win for Jason Day tonight, Masters looking very competitive despite the size of field.

Rory just played two of the best chip shots you'll see on 16/17. Still cant figure out how he can miss the 17th green with a PW when he has such an unreal touch.

He's going to have to bring the A game against Johnson tomorrow.

Not a chance would be my prediction of Rory advancing.

He has had a charmed life so far - other people's mistakes.

Doesn't look nearly sharp enough to progress but who knows....

It depends , 2moro is a different day . If Johnson only brings his B Game , than Rory may only need his C game

He's in his element on this course. He'll take some beating.

Bet of the weekend in my opinion. McIlroy really struggling for form and Johnson is flying

2up with 3 to play, looks like curtains for Z Johnson :)

Fair play to him - he was behind for a while, but has capitalised on Johnson's mistakes.

17th halved. Nice position for Rory going down the 18th.
